Everyone helps each other from department to department, so you feel constantly supported and everyone here has come from all different walks of life, so its lovely to get to know so many different people. With the majority of us working from home, they make sure that we have plenty of opportunities out of work to get together virtually, we have quizzes, book clubs and all sorts to get everyone together as much as possible, as well as meeting up in person at the Head Office on a monthly basis too which is great.
